요약 — 바이픽은 사진을 기기 안에서만 분석합니다. 사진·동영상 원본, 썸네일, 촬영 위치, 분석 결과, 업무시간 설정은 어느 서버로도 전송되지 않습니다. 회원가입·로그인·광고·분석(애널리틱스)·크래시 수집 SDK 가 없습니다. 앱이 인터넷을 쓰는 곳은 앱 화면·규칙 파일을 내려받는 것 한 가지이고, 여기에도 개인정보는 포함되지 않습니다.

1. 처리하는 정보와 목적

위 정보는 모두 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 운영자는 이 정보에 접근할 수 없습니다.

2. 인터넷을 사용하는 경우

  1. 앱 화면·규칙 갱신 — 앱을 켤 때와 사용자가 화면을 당겨서 새로고침할 때 https://m.ya-ong.com/picka/ 에서 서명된 앱 화면 파일과 규칙 파일을 내려받습니다. 요청에는 사진·기기 식별자·계정 정보가 담기지 않습니다. 일반적인 웹서버 접속 기록(접속 시각, IP 주소, 요청 주소)이 서버 로그에 남을 수 있으며, 서비스 운영(장애 확인) 목적으로만 쓰고 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
  2. PC에서 보기(선택) — 사용자가 "PC에서 보기"를 열면 폰이 같은 Wi-Fi 안에서만 접속할 수 있는 작은 웹서버를 열고, PC 브라우저가 폰 화면의 1회용 코드를 입력해야 연결됩니다. 사진은 폰에서 PC 로 직접 전달되며 인터넷·중계 서버를 거치지 않습니다. 사설 네트워크 밖의 접속은 거부하고, 화면을 나가거나 15분 동안 쓰지 않으면 닫힙니다.

3. 앱 권한

사진 및 동영상 읽기 (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, 구형 기기 READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)앱의 핵심 기능 — 사진을 촬영 시간대별로 묶고 업무시간 사진을 모읍니다.
미디어 위치 정보 (ACCESS_MEDIA_LOCATION)사진 파일에 이미 들어 있는 촬영 정보(시간대 등)를 정확히 읽기 위해 씁니다. 기기의 현재 위치는 수집하지 않습니다.
알림 (POST_NOTIFICATIONS)처음 사진을 읽을 때 진행률을 알림으로 보여 줍니다. 거부해도 동작합니다.
포그라운드 서비스 (FOREGROUND_SERVICE, FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC, WAKE_LOCK)사용자가 시작한 사진 읽기가 화면이 꺼져도 끊기지 않게 합니다. 끝나면 바로 종료합니다.

4. 사진의 삭제

기기에서 사진을 지울 때는 앱의 확인 창에 이어 반드시 휴대폰(운영체제)의 확인 창이 뜨고, 사용자가 허용한 사진만 삭제됩니다. 앱이 사용자의 확인 없이 사진을 지우는 일은 없습니다. 앱 안의 "휴지통"은 앱 내부 목록이며 원본을 건드리지 않습니다(30일 보관, 복원 가능).

5. 제3자 제공·위탁·국외 이전

개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 처리를 위탁하지 않으며, 국외로 이전하지 않습니다.

6. 아동

이 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

7. 이용자의 권리

모든 정보가 기기 안에 있으므로 이용자는 앱 기능(설정 끄기, 휴지통 복원) 또는 기기 설정의 "앱 데이터 삭제"·앱 삭제로 언제든 직접 열람·수정·삭제할 수 있습니다.

Summary — ByePic analyzes your photos only on your device. Original photos and videos, thumbnails, locations, analysis results and your work-hour settings are never sent to any server. There is no sign-up, login, advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDK. The only internet use is downloading the app's screens and rule files, which contain no personal data.

All of this stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app. The developer cannot access it.

2. When the app uses the internet

  1. Screen and rule updates — when the app starts and when you pull to refresh, it downloads signed screen files and rule files from https://m.ya-ong.com/picka/. Requests contain no photos, device identifiers or account data. Standard web-server logs (time, IP address, requested URL) may be kept for operating the service only and are not shared.
  2. Open on PC (optional) — when you open “Open on PC”, your phone runs a small web server reachable only on the same Wi-Fi; a PC browser must enter the one-time code shown on your phone. Photos go directly from phone to PC, never through the internet or a relay server. Connections from outside the private network are refused, and the server closes when you leave the screen or after 15 minutes of inactivity.

4. Deleting photos

Deleting photos from the device always shows the app’s confirmation followed by your phone’s (operating system’s) confirmation; only photos you allow are deleted. The app never deletes photos without your confirmation. The in-app Trash is an in-app list that does not touch originals (kept 30 days, restorable).

5. Sharing and transfers

No personal data is shared with third parties, outsourced, or transferred abroad.

6. Children

The app is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their data.

7. Your rights

Because everything stays on your device, you can view, change or delete it at any time through the app (turn settings off, restore from Trash) or by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling it.
